Easy 30-Day Return Policy
We want you to love your purchase! If for any reason you're not completely satisfied, you have 30 days from the date you received your item to request a return and get a refund.
How to Return an Item:
- Contact Us: Email us at contact@kisakes.com to start your return.
- Send It Back: Once your return is approved, we'll provide you with easy instructions on how and where to send your package.
Return Conditions:
- The item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unused, with tags, and in the original packaging.
- Please include your receipt or proof of purchase.
Shipping Costs:
- If the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, or incorrect item), we will cover the shipping costs.
- For other returns, the customer is responsible for the shipping costs.
Non-Returnable Items:
- Sale items and gift cards cannot be returned.
Damages and Issues:
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us immediately at contact@kisakes.com so we can make it right.
Exchanges:
To get a different item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
Refunds:
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you if the refund is approved.
- Approved refunds will be processed automatically to your original payment method. Please allow some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
